Man Hospitalized after Pedestrian Accident at NE. Halsey Street and NE. 92nd Avenue in Portland

Portland, OR. – A man was critically injured in a pedestrian crash at Northeast Halsey Street in Portland early Saturday morning.

According to the authorities, the wreck happened at around 2 a.m. on May 4 at Northeast Halsey Street and Northeast 92nd Avenue.

Reportedly, a 2007 Toyota Sequoia SUV driven by 23-year-old Nicole Land struck a male pedestrian crossing the intersection.

The man was rushed to the hospital for treatment of severe and life-threatening injuries.

Land was arrested and booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on suspicion of DUI, second-degree assault, and reckless driving.

More information about the mishap was not available.
