Glendale, AZ. – Four people were injured in a two-vehicle collision near an intersection in Glendale Sunday night.
According to the authorities, the incident was reported at around 10 p.m. near 51st and Northern Avenues.
Reportedly, one vehicle was travelling southbound when for unknown reasons it crossed the center line and collided with a northbound vehicle.
Four people suffered injuries in the wreck.
Three occupants were in the northbound vehicle. The driver was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, a passenger was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, and another passenger was injured but not hospitalized.
The driver, who was the sole occupant in the first vehicle, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Glendale police said they are investigating DUI as possibly being a factor in the crash.
An investigation is ongoing.
