Lancaster, CA. – 35-year-old Vanessa Vaughn was killed in a traffic collision at Avenue H in Lancaster early Wednesday morning.
According to the authorities, the wreck was reported at around 3:15 a.m. at Avenue H and 10th Street West.
Reportedly, Vaughn was driving a northbound Ford Expedition on 10th Street West and failed to stop at the red light at Avenue H when they collided with the passenger side of a semi-truck and trailer on eastbound Avenue H.
Vaughn was pronounced dead at the crash site.
It was unclear whether speed, alcohol, or drugs caused the incident
The wreck remains under investigation.
