San Diego, California – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened on Thursday afternoon near Vista in San Diego.
The fatal collision happened around 1 p.m. in the 2000 block of Hacienda Drive, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
A Suzuki motorcycle reportedly collided with a Subaru hatchback in unclear circumstances.
The rider was transported to Tri-City Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the Subaru was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
