The CHP said Tambra Whitlow, 44, of Oakdale, was driving a 2001 Subaru Outback east on Highway 120 when she drifted across the double yellow line and hit the left side of a westbound 2024 Kenworth big rig

Tuolumne County, CA – Two people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision involving a big rig in Tuolumne County on Friday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred on Highway 120 at Highway 4 at about 11:30 a.m. May 10.
The CHP said Tambra Whitlow, 44, of Oakdale, was driving a 2001 Subaru Outback east on Highway 120 when she drifted across the double yellow line and hit the left side of a westbound 2024 Kenworth big rig.
The Subaru then collided with a westbound 2016 Toyota Tundra driven by Song Chen, 40, of Sacramento.
After the accident, Whitlow was flown to Doctors Medical Center with major injuries.
Chen had minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
The operator of the big rig was not hurt.
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected to have played a role in the incident, CHP said.
The investigation is ongoing.
