El Cerrito, CA. – 32-year-old Sonny Jones-Lathan of San Pablo has been identified as the man who died after being struck by a BART train last week in El Cerrito.
Authorities said the accident was reported around 6 p.m. on May 15 at the El Cerrito del Norte Station.
Jones-Lathan was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident forced the closure of the station for about an hour.
