A man was driving a Nissan Altima northbound on Sunrise when he collided with a Lexus SUV

Gold River, CA. – A man was injured in a fiery car crash on Thursday evening near Gold River in Sacramento.
The collision happened around 4 p.m. at Sunrise and Gold Country boulevards, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A man was driving a Nissan Altima northbound on Sunrise when he collided with a Lexus SUV that was making a right turn from westbound Gold Country.
The impact of the collision caused the Nissan to hit a stopped Kia Telluride and catch fire.
The man driving the Nissan was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The other two drivers were unhurt.
