Cupertino, CA. – A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries after colliding with a car Sunday evening in Cupertino, the California Highway Patrol said.
CHP officers responded to southbound Interstate 280 at the Wolfe Road on-ramp after they received reports of the collision around 8:40 p.m.
The officers found a motorcycle and a black Jeep Wrangler involved in the collision.
The rider was lying down in the roadway with major injuries. The victim was hospitalized in an unknown condition.
The motorcycle and the car were towed away from the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
