Barstow, CA. – Authorities have identified a pedestrian struck and killed in Barstow about three weeks ago.
According to a police report, Larry Larenzo Proctor, 40, of Barstow was killed in a crash that occurred on East Main Street at around 10:47 p.m. on May 11.
Proctor was crossing the street when for unknown reasons a vehicle struck him.
Proctor was pronounced dead at the crash site.
