Glendale, AZ – A police officer was injured in a traffic collision in Glendale on Friday evening, according to the Glendale Police Department.
The collision took place near 95th and Glendale avenues just after 6:30 p.m.
According to the report, the officer was hit by the door of a rideshare vehicle and the impact caused the officer to hit another vehicle.
The officer was treated for a gash to his leg.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
