Montecito, CA. – At least one person sustained minor injuries in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Sunday evening on a highway in Montecito, the California Highway Patrol said.
CHP said the pileup was reported around 7:50 p.m. on southbound Highway 101, just south of the San Ysidro Road off-ramp.
Five vehicles were involved in the accident.
CHP officers and firefighters responded to the scene.
At least one person who sustained minor injuries was offered medical aid at the scene. It was unclear if the victim was hospitalized.
