Dockweiler State Beach, CA. – According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Merida Castillo, 2, has been identified as the toddler killed in a pedestrian collision on Saturday evening in Dockweiler State Beach.
The fatal crash occurred in the 12200 block of Vista Del Mar at about 5:47 p.m. on June 15.
LAPD officials said Castillo's relative in a RV was driving out of a private property when they hit her.
Castillo suffered fatal injuries following the accident.
