Palmdale woman died after an SUV collided with a semi-truck on Interstate 95 near Highway 66 in San Bernardino

San Bernardino, CA. – Rayleen Hurtado, 37, has been identified as the driver who died in a head-on collision on Sunday morning near Arrowhead Junction in San Bernardino.
The fatal collision happened on Interstate 95 near Highway 163 at around 5:54 a.m. on June 23, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles, possibly an SUV and a semi-truck, collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
Rayleen, a resident of Palmdale, was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the collision is underway.
