South Kitsap, WA – A bicyclist was killed in a collision with a vehicle in South Kitsap on Thursday morning, according to the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office.
The crash happened at about 10:50 a.m. July 4, on SW Lake Flora Road near Hidden Acres Place SW.
According to the report, a 70-year-old man was riding a bicycle in the area when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old girl.
The man, a resident of South Kitsap, was killed in the accident.
The driver of the car stayed at the scene and was not suspected of DUI, the authorities said.
