El Cajon, CA. – A male bicyclist was killed in a collision on Highway 67 in El Cajon Friday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 3:47 p.m. on the southbound State Route 67 north of Mapleview.

The driver behind the wheel remained at the scene and cooperated with the Investigators.
