The passenger of the Cadillac and the driver of the Mercedes-Benz were transported to a local hospital
Malibu, CA. – 44-year-old Martin Okeke has been identified by the Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner as the man who died in a head-on collision on Thursday night in Malibu.
The accident happened around 10:20 p.m. on Pacific Coast Highway near Carbon Canyon Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
A 2019 Mercedes-Benz was traveling eastbound on Pacific Coast Highway when it crossed the center median and collided head-on with a 2020 Cadillac driven by Martin.
Martin was driving the Cadillac and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The passenger of the Cadillac and the driver of the Mercedes-Benz were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
