Police said 28-year-old Jose Hernandez was driving a black Volkswagen Jetta when he collided with a red Ford pickup.
Bakersfield, CA. – Three persons were injured following a DUI crash early Friday morning north of Lamont, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at around 2:10 a.m. on July 5, at the South Fairfax Road and East Panama Lane intersection.
Police said 28-year-old Jose Hernandez was driving a black Volkswagen Jetta when he collided with a red Ford pickup.
The pickup driver and their two passengers sustained minor injuries due to the collision. Two of the patients were treated at the scene while one was taken to the hospital for further treatment.
Hernandez was arrested for DUI causing injury.
No other details regarding the crash were provided.
An investigation is underway.
