Bishop, CA. – At least one person was hospitalized with major injuries following a car accident that happened in Bishop on Thursday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 11:24 p.m. on Highway 395 near Sykes Road.
A semi-truck and an SUV were involved in the accident. The SUV reportedly caught fire after the collision.
One person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
