The WSP said a car traveling northbound on Highway 27 drifted into the southbound side and collided with an oncoming vehicle

Spokane County, WA – The two people who were killed in an accident that took place near Rockford in Spokane County on Saturday night have been identified.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the wreck took place on Highway 27 just before 10 p.m. July 14.
The WSP said a car traveling northbound on Highway 27 drifted into the southbound side and collided with an oncoming vehicle.
Both vehicles were pushed off the side of the roadway by the impact of the accident.
The debris from the crash struck a third vehicle driven by a 51-year-old diver.
The southbound vehicle was carrying three teens.
Two of them, identified as Rogan Murrell, 18, and Jayneat Morgan, 17, were pronounced deceased at the scene.
The third teen was flown to Sacred Heart with unspecified injuries.
The northbound driver, identified as Jesse Roullier, 33, was reportedly driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
He was charged with vehicular homicide and vehicular assault.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
