Police said a 22-year-old woman was driving in the area when she was broadsided by another vehicle
Stockton, CA – A woman was killed in a suspected DUI collision in Stockton on Sunday morning, according to the Stockton Police Department.
The accident took place near Quail Lakes Drive and North Pershing Avenue at about 1 a.m.
Police said a 22-year-old woman was driving in the area when she was broadsided by another vehicle.
The 22-year-old driver was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
The other driver, identified as Estrella Preciosa Pantoja, 24, was arrested and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail for gross vehicular manslaughter and DUI.
The accident is under investigation.
