Turlock, CA. – Authorities are investigating a deadly head-on collision on Lander Avenue in Turlock Monday afternoon.
The Turlock Police Department received reports about the auto-car crash at around 12:13 p.m. on Lander Avenue near West Simmons Road.
A big rig collided head-on with a sedan in unclear circumstances.
One person was killed in the wreck and another suffered minor injuries.
Both northbound and southbound lanes between Lander and Greenway were closed
