CHP reports that one person suffered minor injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital
Sacramento, CA. – Injuries were reported in a car accident that happened on Monday night near Elk Grove in south Sacramento.
At around 9:58 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident on Highway 99 near Elk Grove Boulevard.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The impact of the collision caused one of the cars to overturn.
CHP reports that one person suffered minor injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
