Signal Hill, CA. – The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner identified Sheldon Turchin, 88, as a victim killed in a crash in Signal Hill Sunday evening.
According to the Signal Hill Police, the traffic collision was reported at about 5:30 p.m. on July 14 in the 2800 block of Cherry Avenue.

Turchin and a woman in her 70s were killed in the accident.
An investigation is ongoing.
