San Diego, CA. – One person was injured in a motorcycle accident near North Park in San Diego on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 6 a.m. on the northbound on I-805 near University Avenue.
A motorcycle was traveling northbound on the freeway when it collided with a Chevrolet Silverado.
The rider lost control after the collision and crashed into a Toyota van.
The motorcyclist was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
