San Diego, CA. – At least one person suffered serious injuries in a multi-vehicle collision that happened on Wednesday morning in Vista.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 9:36 a.m. on Highway 78 near Melrose Road.
The officers who responded to the incident located four vehicles at the accident scene. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
