Reportedly, a Ford pickup truck was traveling westbound on Old Highway 80 in Boulevard. For unknown reasons, a Toyota sedan driven by Dora Valencia Magana traveling eastbound crossed into the westbound lane and collided head-on with the truck.
San Diego, CA. – 69-year- old Thomas Eugene Monroe was identified as a passenger killed in a head-on collision on Old Highway 80 in San Diego last month.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck happened at around 1:03 a.m. on June 28 on Old Highway 80 at Tierra Del Sol Road.

Monroe who was a passenger in the truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
Magana was also Killed in the wreck.
An investigation is underway.

El Cajon, CA. – One person was killed in a car accident that occurred early Friday morning in El Cajon.
The fatal collision happened around 1:03 a.m. at Old Highway 80 and Tierra Del Sol Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A pickup truck, an SUV and a blue were involved in the accident. Authorities did not immediately determine the circumstances surrounding the collision.
The female driver of the blue car was ejected from the vehicle after the collision.
The unidentified woman was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The pickup truck driver and a passenger had to be extricated before being airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
The SUV driver was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The deceased person was not immediately identified.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
