2 Suffer Fatal Injuries After Head-On Crash at Vista Boulevard and Adobe Road
Bakersfield, CA. – Two men were killed following a head-on collision early Saturday morning west of Lamont, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 2:00 a.m. at Vista Boulevard and Adobe Road.
Police said a westbound Chevy Silverado and an eastbound Chevy Tahoe crashed for unknown reasons.
The male drivers operating the vehicles were killed in the collision.
A Tahoe passenger was transported to Kern Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
The names of the victims were not released.
Police are still investigating whether alcohol or drugs were involved in the accident.
An investigation is ongoing.
