Police said Isael Garcia, 23, was reportedly driving on Interstate 5 when he crashed into the rear of another vehicle
Linn County, OR.– Scott Alan Palmer, 53, was killed in a crash in Linn County on Sunday morning, according to the Oregon State Police.
The incident took place on Interstate 5 near milepost 222 at around 2:10 a.m. July 21.
Police said Isael Garcia, 23, was reportedly driving on Interstate 5 when he crashed into the rear of another vehicle.
A passenger in the rear-ended vehicle, identified as Palmer, was killed in the crash.
Garcia was treated for minor injuries and was arrested for DUI.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
