Woodland, CA. – At least one person was severely hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that took place Tuesday evening in Woodland, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash occurred around 6:48 p.m. on westbound State Route 16, just east of County Road 79 near Capay.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident, which was described as a head-on.
Authorities responded to the collision scene and blocked all traffic lanes.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the collision, the report said.
Police officers are investigating the accident.
