Authorities said Sanders was crushed and killed by a pipe while at work.

Bakersfield, CA. – The Kern County Coroner's Office has identified 53-year-old Kenneth Jay Sanders of Manteca as the individual killed in a work-related accident Wednesday last week in Bakersfield.
The collision occurred at about 8:00 a.m. on July 17 in the 3600 block of Pegasus Drive.
Authorities said Sanders was crushed and killed by a pipe while at work.
Further details concerning the incident were not released.
An investigation by the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (CAL/OSHA) and Kern County Fire is ongoing.
