Monterey, CA. – Authorities are investigating a serious injury multi-vehicle collision on Highway 1 in Monterey Friday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 3:24 p.m. on the northbound State Route 1, south of Potrero Road.

Three people were transported to the hospital with severe injuries.
