Victorville, CA. – A pedestrian was seriously injured in an accident at an intersection in Victorville on Friday night.
According to the Victorville Police Department, the accident happened around 9:10 p.m. at 6th and D Streets.
A silver Honda sedan struck a female pedestrian in unknown condition.
The victim was transported to Victor Valley Global Medical Center by an ambulance and subsequently airlifted to an out-of-area trauma center.
The motorist behind the wheel remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers.
More details regarding the accident were not provided.
