Phelan, CA.- A pedestrian was struck and seriously injured by a vehicle in Phelan on Sunday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident took place on Sheep Creek Road and Cholame Road at about 8:17 p.m. August 4.
The CHP said the pedestrian was hit by a Chevrolet sedan in the area under unclear circumstances.
The victim was flown to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center with major injuries.
No further details were released.
The accident is under investigation.
