According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, the accident occurred in the area of Sheep Creek Road and Cholame Road at around 8:17 PM on August 4.
A Chevrolet sedan reportedly struck a pedestrian in unclear circumstances.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center by the San Bernardino County firefighters.
