Lazo made a turn onto Fowler on his bike, ending up in the path of an oncoming vehicle.
Clovis, CA. – The Fresno Police has identified 16-year-old Sandro Lazo as Buchanan High student killed in a traffic collision at an intersection in Clovis Thursday evening.
According to the Fresno County Sheriff's Office, the mishap was reported at about 7 p.m. August 8 at Fowler Avenue and Perrin Road.
Lazo made a turn onto Fowler on his bike, ending up in the path of an oncoming vehicle.
Lazo was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated.
An investigation is ongoing.
