Motorcyclist killed in fiery crash on Avenue 48 near Madison Street in Indio
Indio, CA. – One person was killed in a fiery motorcycle accident that happened in Indio on Wednesday morning.
The fatal crash happened in the 81200 block of Avenue 48 near Madison Street at around 8:24 a.m., according to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
A motorcycle and a car were involved in the collision. Although the events leading up to the accident were yet to be established, one of the cars caught fire after the crash.
The motorcyclist was killed in the accident.
The identity of the disclosed person was not immediately disclosed.
The Indio Police Department is investigating the cause of the accident.
