Granada Hills, CA. – One person was injured in a traffic collision that happened Sunday night on State Route 118 in Granada Hills, the California Highway Patrol said.
Authorities said the accident took place around 9:36 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the highway near Woodley Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. Both cars caught fire after the impact.
One person was lying unconscious on the side of the road and a Good Samaritan was rendering aid to the person.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and offered medical aid to at least one person who sustained minor injuries.
CHP officers are investigating the collision.
