Auburn, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a traffic collision involving a semi-truck that happened early Saturday morning in Auburn, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident took place around 12:10 a.m. on the westbound 80 Freeway near the Taylor Road on-ramp.
First responders found a Mercedes and a semi-truck involved in the crash.
One person complained of pain after the accident. Paramedics transported the patient to Sutter Roseville Medical Center for treatment.
CHP is investigating the collision to establish the factors that may have contributed to the collision.
