Bakersfield, CA. – The Kern County Coroner's Office identified 39-year-old Marco Antonio Caballero Flores of Bakersfield as a man killed in an early Saturday morning head-on crash on Highway 58 in Bakersfield.
The Bakersfield Police said the mishap occurred at around 2 a.m. September 14 on State Route 58, east of Edison Road.
For unknown reasons, the vehicle operated by Flores hit another car head on.
Flores was pronounced dead at the scene.
No additional information about the crash was provided.
An investigation is underway.
