Modesto, CA. – A pedestrian was hospitalized after being hit by a car early Monday morning in Modesto, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported around 12:25 a.m. in the 1966 West Service Road.
CHP said a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, sustaining a right leg injury. Firefighters responded to the scene and transported one person to Memorial Medical Center for treatment.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
