The wreck was reported around 10:05 a.m. on State Route 49 at Cement Hill Road.
Authorities said a motorcyclist collided with a big rig in the area for an unknown reason.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported the rider to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital with unspecified injuries.
