Police said an 83-year-old Berkeley man was walking across Derby Street when he was hit by an AC Transit bus
Berkeley, CA.- An elderly pedestrian was hit and injured by a vehicle in Berkeley on Tuesday morning, according to the Berkeley Police Department.
The incident happened on Warring and Derby streets at around 10:55 a.m.
Police said an 83-year-old Berkeley man was walking across Derby Street when he was hit by an AC Transit bus.
The victim was rushed to a hospital with a head injury.
No further details were released.
The crash is under investigation.
