The driver of the sedan and two passengers were transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries

Fresno, CA. – Three people were injured in a collision involving a fire engine at an intersection in Fresno on Friday afternoon.
According to the Fresno Fire Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Brawley and Shaw avenues at around 12:10 p.m.
A fire truck was responding to a call in northwest Fresno when it crashed into the back of a Chevrolet sedan at the intersection.
The driver of the sedan and two passengers were transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
