Laguna Niguel, CA.– Christian Bedolla, 21, was injured in a suspected DUI accident in Laguna Niguel on Tuesday night, according to the authorities.
The incident took place on Cabot Road and Crown Valley Parkway on October 8.
Authorities said Bedolla and his friend were traveling through the intersection when a driver ran a red light and struck their vehicle.
Bedolla was hospitalized with critical injuries while his friend was treated and released.
The other driver was arrested and booked on DUI charges.
The accident is under investigation.
