San Bernardino, CA. – Authorities are investigating a car accident that left at least one person injured in San Bernardino early Monday morning.
At around 4:58 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident on the eastbound 10 Freeway near Riverside Avenue.
