Victorville, CA. – 45-year-old Manuel Rivera of Victorville, was identified by the police as a bicyclist killed in a traffic collision on Mojave Drive in Victorville Saturday evening.
Rivera was involved in an accident that occurred on Mojave Drive near Village Drive at around 6:23 p.m. November 2.
Rivera was struck by a GMC Sierra in unclear circumstances.
Rivera was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
The crash remains under investigation.

Victorville, CA. – A bicyclist was killed in a Saturday evening collision on Mojave Drive in Victorville.
According to the Victorville Police Department, the crash happened at around 6:23 p.m. November 2 on Mojave Drive near Village Drive.
It is not yet established why a GMC Sierra pickup truck slammed into the bicycle.
The bicyclist sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the Sierra remained at scene and cooperated with the police.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
