Two people were extricated from the wreckage and were airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center

Pinon Hills, CA. – Two people were airlifted after being injured in a multi-vehicle collision early Friday morning in Pinon Hills.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 2:04 a.m. on Highway 138 near Wintergreen Road.
A green Lincoln Navigator, a Jeep, a black Cadillac, and two other vehicles were involved in the collision.
One person was trapped in the Lincoln and another in the Jeep. Both were extricated and were airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
Another person was transported by ground ambulance.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
