Concord, CA. – Authorities in Concord responded to the Willow Pass Road on-ramp to the northbound 680 Freeway Sunday morning after a traffic collision with injuries occurred in the area.
The accident was reported around 10:10 a.m., involving a dark-blue Chevrolet pickup truck and a light-blue Mazda CX-5.
According to Concord Police Department officers who responded to the scene, the accident resulted in minor injuries to at least one person.
A pedestrian signpost was damaged in the crash.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
