The accident took place around 10:30 a.m. on southbound State Route 57, just south of Katella Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision.
One person sustained minor injuries in the crash. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to provide medical aid to the victim.
Firefighters blocked the Nos. 1, 2, and 3 lanes following the crash.
An investigation is ongoing to establish the cause of the collision.
