Daniel Armenta Gracia Dies in Tucson Pedestrian Crash on South Nogales Highway and West Valencia Road

Tucson, AZ.- A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Tucson on Friday morning, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The crash happened on South Nogales Highway and West Valencia Road at around 6 a.m. December 6.
A pedestrian was reportedly trying to cross south Nogales Highway when he was hit by a northbound Maroon Nissan Altima and another vehicle.
The victim, Daniel Armenta Gracia, 51, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Nissan, a 51-year-old woman, remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
